Not really sure why this image caught my eye.. and made me think it would make a fine “pretty picture for your Sunday”.. but it did.

  1. Open and offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Boo! Hiss!

Almost makes me want to go to YouTube and post the beer commercial for “I am Canadian”(which I am not but love the commercial) or the Dairy Farmers of Ontario…Want Milk? But I am already appalled at the fact that one of my fav videos has gone “Private”. :( Luckily I have a copy of it on my HDD. See! That is why I download them. I should set up a private channel for my friends and up load them..LOL

    Oh..what the hay!

    I Am Canadian – YouTube

    Milk Ad – YouTube

Well, at least I got a nice new wallpaper out of it. :) Since it has a boat in it, the hubby will probably steal it too. Thank you.

    • delenn13,
      Correction, thank you.

(Sometimes.. you crack me up. And today, I needed a “LOL”.)

  2. You like, eh? I am not into rap..but I love that one..”We be chillin’.”

You want a real laugh? Should see my email spam. I got a letter from the F.B.I. after I send them 297.00 they will send me 2 million, from the Australian government another 2 million (who btw needs to spend the money they are trying to send me on a spell checker…It’s really bad) and a lady who works at a really nice night club as a PJ(I swear it says PJ).

    • Delenn13,
May I humbly suggest you do two searches on my site with my widget? Try “typo”, and also “FBI”…

(I used to have a regular feature here called Once Again It’s Time To Play – Let’s Count The Typos!, but.. those didn’t do well in the “ratings”..)
The world’s largest and most successful industry? Cyber crime (some might argue it’s Porn, but that’s a few years out of date.. I think..)
      Nobody seems to care.

And.. those kinds of emails put me in my “laugh? or cry?” state. Your video was a better option for a LOL. (thx +)

  3. Now, I am really hacked off. Why does “Robbie” think you deserve 5 million for 110.00 and I only get 2 mill for 197.00?

What started my Trek on YouTube was this flowchart:

The Evolution of the Geek / Flowtown (@flowtown)

And I questioned the part about..Where are the geek girls? It was quite the lively conversation.

So I went looking for this video…It had gone private :( But I found one without the commentary. Geek/nerd girls do exist!!!

    Star Trek Girl – YouTube

Nerdy Girls Need Love Too – YouTube What I really want now..is a sonic screw driver.

    • delenn13,
I had not seen any of those three..

Geek Girlz. Yes – they exist (two of my regular reads are um, “Geek Girls”, Deb Shinder and Violet Blue [I mean that as the highest compliment, ladies]) and, I believe, becoming less of a rarity every year.

  4. Deb Shinder? contractor for Microsoft, Sunbelt Software, GFI Software? Violet Blue? ZDNet blogger and columnist, a high-profile tech personality and one of Wired’s Faces of Innovation?

I get Sunbelts newsletters…but I had to Google Violet.
