Sunday Ugly (Bonus!): I have an “urgent” email…

* Just a friendly reminder — if it has a “!” in the Subject line? Chances are, like, 99.99% it comes from a scumbucket sleazeball scam artist. (How did ‘artist’ ever get attached to that?)

          • Paul,
Yes, I not only get a ton of newsletters everyday…I get “alerts”..from Google and Yahoo for certain “key words” like Star Trek, Babylon 5, my nick, Mira Furlan, Mulgrew and others. I pretty much can keep up with anything new of my interests that way. I let them do the “googling” for me.

It is a very useful ‘trick’, with many potential uses – and one that I have been meaning to post the How To for, but I think most should find it “self-explanitory”.

.. and sorry for this next, but since you posted, a phrase has been running ’round my little pea brain .. and I have to get it out – “Trekie much?”

              • Looks innocent..Of course I am..I am “star stuff”.

Yahoo does alerts too. I get some duplicates..but most the time they send me different stuff. Which is good..but strange in a way. I have been doing that for years and years and i don’t know how they give me different stuff from different sources.
