I regularly posted how-to’s and tricks & tips and general computing advice here starting in 2007. (Use the Search tool to find answers. But be aware, many are rather dated.) Thanks for the tip.. I’ll be checking this one out. Let me know what you think of the Kingsoft wordprocessor.. if you feel like it that is.

Well, I didn’t install it. It was reported to “call home” a lot plus it doesn’t uninstall cleanly… “Even using “Your Uninstaller” software, the Kingsoft suite could not be fully eradicated. Hence I continued to have the language selection changing from US English, to UK English, to Canadian French. Truly a nightmare.” Giveaway of the Day – free licensed software daily – Kingsoft Writer Standard 2012 Plus it was given away somewhere else recently..can’t remember where.
I use LibreOffice, Metapad and mostly Evernote.
