Long ago (in a galaxy far away) when I was a lad, I would explore places like this whenever I came across them — basements, attics, sheds. I think that’s why this image caught my fancy.. But it also has a.. um.. “Octobery” feel to it.. don’t you think?
Aprés pos of nuttin at all: It is Fleet Week here where I am. Which means the Blue Angels are flying. (In fact, two just went over me..) Now, old Tech Paul, well, he just loves airshows. This video can give you an idea why (even if you don’t particularly care about high performance jet aircraft).
