Tech - for Everyone 
I have used Pamela PRO w/Skype for years; but recently, Skype made an upgrade, and now Pamela won’t work; it won’t record Skype calls anymore. I tried to roll back the “upgrade” for Skype, but it did not work. I have Windows 8.1. HELP!!! What do I need to do? I now have Skype version: 6.22.59.107

Hopefully, Pamela will issue a hotfix/patch/upgrade… But for quicker relief, I would post this question on both Skype’s and Pamela’s Support area, and the User forums. Good luck.

“budget” and “gaming” are polar opposites (unless you mean online, “Flash” type games). The two ends of the scale.
For gaming you want “horsepower” — fast CPU, plenty of RAM, and discrete graphics. (Things you do not find in “budget”, or “affordable” laptops, nor netbooks, chromebooks, and tablets.)
