Depending on the age/hardware quality of the PC, sometimes you can play “graphics intense” caliber video games by turning down the game’s graphics options to their lowest settings, and turning off advanced effects.
But… gamers need graphics cards in their PC’s. And even the lowest priced ones are a help (you don’t need the latest, $400 card). It is simply ‘mechanics’. There’s no way around it. (In fact, some games practically require you have dual cards…)

Gamers need to buy a card, or a console. It’s basically that simple.

Unfortunayely, there’s no such thing as “safe” or “secure”. But there is “safer” and “more secure”.
      * Install, and keep updated, an Internet Security Suite/Antivirus. (If you don’t want to pay, at least install Avast! or Avira, or AVG, or Panda, or BitDefender.)
      * Keep all your software updated.
      * Don’t Torrent or “file share”.
      * Only install software you truly need. Uninstall programs you no longer use.
      * Use strong/complex passwords, and change them often.
      * Don’t open emails from strangers/never click on the link in an email.
      * Don’t visit shady websites (aka porn, hack, crack, and any with a domain ending in other than “.com”, “.edu”.)
      * Sandbox your browser with Sandboxie.

… I’ve been writing advice for 7+ years.. but there is my ‘in a nutshell’ list.

      * Wikipedia’s “antivirus software” page offers a good overview of how it works.

      * I am not sure what you mean by “increase pen drive size”. Such things are fixed. If you want a larger flash storage device, you have to buy one. If you mean, use more for “Ready Boost”, that is not a setting, it is done purely by the operating system (you want more Readyboost, plug in a larger drive).

      * Your web browser won’t increase your Mbps (Internet “speed”), but there is an ongoing debate about which browser is “fastest” (in terms of rendering a page/”page load”), and frankly, it’s all hullabaloo. Most people think Google’s “Chrome” browser has the fastest pageloads, but I won’t use it — why tell Google more about myself than they already know?

      * Internet speed can be affected by many variables, and those factors vary somewhat depending on what type of Internet connections are involved.. some are within User control, and others are not — but typically, if you want faster Internet, you have to pay a higher fee to your ISP for more bandwidth, and/or upgrade your devices to the latest standards. (“Internet Boost” software, and “tweaking” your settings doesn’t work.. those are scams.) To learn more about how things work, I highly recommend reading the User Forum on DSLReports.com.

I applaud your curiosity, and encourage you to take computer classes and read manuals. A book on TCP/IP would be a good place to start.

Reputable download sites for PC include CNet’s Download.com, MajorGeeks, Softpedia.com, Tucows, and FileHippo.
For Android, and other devices, there are the “Stores” (Google now calls theirs “Google Play”) which are somewhat risky, but safer than non-official download sites.

But I recommend purchasing software titles rather than “downloads”, or “subscriptions”. (A good adage to remember: nothing in life is truly free.)

By definition, online games (online anything, really) require(s) an Internet connection.
Some online game platforms allow an “offline” mode, which you would have to investigate, and employ, on a game-by-game basis, when/if available.
I did post a How To for the Steam platform some years back. I don’t know if the method has changed since then, but you can read it here: How To Play Your Steam Games Offline

Sounds like your S.M.A.R.T. technology has detected enough anomalies in your hard drive’s behavior, that match impending total failure behavior, that it is warning you to buy a new hard drive and copy your files over to it before that happens. Take your machine to a technician. Sooner rather than later.

I am not sure what you are asking, or why you are asking. If you are asking: when I visit a website, can someone there see my IP address? The answer is: the webmaster can, yes. If you are asking, can I look up the IP address of websites? The answer is, why would anyone want to? Name translation (DNS) takes care of that for you.

The technical methods for WVT are many, and more are being developed every week (“cookies” are one of the older methods). Tracking, and analyzing our online behavior is how Google and Facebook and the other big names make their money.
Online Privacy (rather, the utter lack of it) is a huge topic, one that is being argued in courts daily, and there are many resources for learning more about it. Probably the best place to start would be to visit the EFF.

I think it would be difficult to create an accurate test to measure and compare actual “consumption” between the two animals.. but a full-computer does establish more network connections (for Services) and is “talkier” than a simple “smart” phone.

(But know this: the people at Facebook don’t believe in privacy.)

Many of your questions are asking how to ‘cheat’, ‘workaround’, or otherwise overcome, physical device limitations. You can’t. Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_device_bit_rates.
In tech, if you don’t like something’s speed, the answer almost always is: buy a newer version/upgrade. (And sometime’s the answer’s “that’s the best you’re going to get.”)
Further truth: if you ask a machine to do more than it was designed to do, it actually slows down.

The idea that anything on the Internet is secure is.. flawed. But I can tell you two things: one, HTTPS is the ‘secure’ version of HTTP; and, that if you want information specific to an application, the best place to look up answers (or post questions) is on that program’s website’s FAQ, Support, and/or User Forum areas.

    Comment by pankaj | December 8, 2014 | Reply

The “Internet” is a vast interconnection of computers. “Ethernet” is a collection of protocols and methods by which (most of) that connected-communication happens.
.. if you meant “WiFi”, as in cables vs. wireless, wired is always better (“faster”) than wireless, as a rule. But the very latest wireless equipment can surpass Gigabit speed (until you get too many WiFi devices on its net [aka “LAN”]).
Wireless and cabling are, both, types of Ethernet.

But I’ll say it yet again: if you want noticeably faster Internet, you have to call your service provider and pay to upgrade.

      * Please at least look something up on Wikipedia before you ask a question on a website, so that you know the basic elements and forms–at a minimum, the meaning of the word you’re using.
      * I don’t know the exact specifics, but simply taking out the SIM card does not disable device identifiers, GPS, nor mask transmissions. But it is the company’s job to locate and stop cheaters. (Because it’s stealing from them.)
      * If you are properly signed in to those ‘cloud’ type accounts/services, you should be able to upload. Why you cannot see a “upload file” button is beyond my knowing from here.
      * It doesn’t matter how the (shared/stolen) files are transmitted, nor stored; they either contain hidden malware or they don’t. Any time you load a “shared” file on to a device, you are gambling. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose. Is there a way to make sure you are safe? Yes. Don’t Torrent. Go to the store and BUY a copy for yourself if you want it.

There is no such thing a s a safe “Domain” (look up Internet Domain on Wikipedia). (“Domain”s are nothing more than names/identifiers.)
Websites are text and image files, located on computers called “servers”. There are things you can do to make servers/computers more secure.
Servers usually are rented from Hosting Services. They all get hacked. What one looks for is the provider with the least ‘downtime’.
The webite’s files are modifed and edited and arranged and ‘served’ via software programs (WordPress blogging software, for example). All software gets hacked.
Professionals have various methods to ‘harden’ their websites against attacks. It is an area of Computer Science expertise, (generally refered to as InfoSec) requiring much schooling, constant study, and practice.. and you’re still gonna get hacked.
Now.. what, exactly, is your question?

“Bookmarks” are simple text files containing only the site’s URL. Offline webpages are the entire text (aka “code”) and image file that comprise the webpage. If you can store the small one but not the larger one, my first guess is your phone’s memory is full (or the page’s file is larger than available “free space” in memory).
But I am not a phone technician. Smartphones are toys. (I mean.. if they break, people don’t pay to fix them, they get a new one.)
