The wackiest, weirdest gadgets of CES 2017

Folks, in case you don’t know, The Consumer Electronics Show is where companies bring out new technology products.. it’s a chance to look into the future. And also a chance to see what the big brains think we (the ‘average consumer’) want.. or will want someday.

Not only do I NOT want any of this.. I really wish they weren’t developing it. Half of it has kinda scary implications.. But, here you go –> Your glimpse into the future is here:

Breaking News: Hold off on iOS X

Apple owners take note:

* Hold off on updating to iOS 10 — it’s bricking iPhones and iPads

Apple’s latest iOS update is causing problems for some users.Read more..

Be aware: “bricking”, in English, means to turn your device into something akin to a brick — i.e., it does nothing. Completely broken. I.e., very, very bad.

How To Solve Mac Printing Problems

Folks, rather than reinvent the wheel, I’ll simply tell you the first thing to do is clear the Printer’s “queue” —

1) Open Apple menu and go to “System Preferences” and choose Printers. (You can also use Finder.)
2) Select the active printer and choose “Open Print Queue” button.
3) Select and cancel the print job(s) as desired, canceling them and removing them from the printing queue.

Shame on you Microsoft! (Other option, image your C: drive daily..) Because unless you’re a kid needing improved XBox streaming, I see no real advantage to Win X.
